Q#1: Why is my order not delivered within the estimated time?
Answer: Some products have a longer delivery time due to the product's popularity. Additionally, we ship from different suppliers, which can also cause delays. Apologies for the inconvenience!
Q#2: Do you ship worldwide?
Answer: No, at the moment we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Q#3: I just placed my order. Can I still cancel it?
Answer: Please email us as soon as possible at info@vojea.nl. If the order has not been processed yet, it can still be canceled. Unfortunately, it cannot be canceled once processed.
Q#4: Can I add or remove products from my order?
Answer: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
Q#5: What payment methods are available?
Answer: At Vojea, you can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Q#6: Can I track my order online?
Answer: You can easily track your order online via our 'Track My Order' page.
